I was with this company for 8 months there is very little training involved Make sure you get your employee contract if you are employed by this company. I had an unfair dismisal which one of the directors denies I self certified my self sick and there were other staff members who had more time off than my self and they were at the company longer just under a years service. I only had a couple of days training they stated that I could do with further training as I was struggling but could not place me on the day shift for further training as there was too much staff on. All they had to do was transfer one of the day operators on to nights until I was fully trained but they decided to teminate my employment spoke with Acas they said was unfair dismisal and a solicitor who deals with employment law whom stated was unfair. I also asked for a copy of my employee contract and asked to collect my safety boots and I was told not to go in to work my weeks notice which stated this on the letter from theline manager. Also if you are employed I would advise that you do get the training and make the trainer be with you at all times.
