The Pass People did exactly as I asked, I wanted my son to take his test in August and pass, that is exactly what happened.I booked the 35 hour course, it was intense but he did it.They also managed to book the test on a suitable date and time, very quickly.I would recommend them.

A huge thank you to the entire team at The Pass People. They all go the extra mile to assist your individual needs. Their efficiency in finding a suitable instructor and a test within 6 weeks is truly commendable. My sons instructor Amanda was exceptional with qualities of kindness, professionalism and empathy. I can’t recommend this company enough.

The Pass People were very kind and helped me find an instructor really easily. The instructor I was paired with was an absolute jewel! She was exactly the person I needed to build my confidence and assure me in any way she could. Plus, I got to have my lessons when it suited me and not just an hour slot once a week (unless that's what you want to go for, then go for it!) I would recommend this company and my instructor Jenny, who again, I can't thank enough. 10 out of 10!

Would definitely recommend if you want to do your test soon. The pass people are very reliable and will find you a test as soon as possible. They found my test around the allocated date I wanted. 10/10

100% recommend The Pass People.We were given their details from our driving instructor. They were able to book a test at our test centre (which we were unable to do) and even when the test centre cancelled the test 2 days prior they found a cancellation a week later!Very professional, easy to deal with, great customer service and highly recommended.Well worth the cost for a hassle free booking.

I can comfortably say that this is the worst intensive care company to use! Paid my £145 deposit for 15 hours of tuition, couldn't organise a time both myself and my instructor were free, and still had to pay an additional £62 to keep my test date, despite my instructor refusing lessons. Ended up paying over £200 just for a test. Wouldn't recommend.

Very fast and friendly service. Got my test dates almost immediately. Kept well informed of the booking process. Good luck email sent ahead of the driving test, which I thought was a lovely touch. Def recommend to anyone!

I used The Pass People four times and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Each time they got back to me within a day to offer a test slot within the month. The team are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Excellent Customer Service!

Great service- we were so pleased with The Pass People. Very friendly, professional company and found us a retest within 2 and half weeks of the initial test. So pleased with the service and would highly recommend.
