Allan and his team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress-free moving day, which can be a challenging time for anyone. Before finalising the agreement, Allan personally came to assess the volume of items we had to move, provided a prompt quotation, and remained flexible when the move date had to be rescheduled three times. A 50% deposit was paid upfront, and the remaining 50% was settled upon completion of the move. Allan and his team were a delight to work with, and I highly recommend their services. The smoothest move I’ve ever had. I was dreading it and the guys (Robbie, Sam and Jamie) made it look like the easiest job in the world. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were polite, speedy and so organized! A completely different moving experience and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

We recently used Smiths Removals for our office move, and they were brilliant! Fast response from our initial enquiry, and helpful every time we spoke. We were looking at potentially needing to change our move date, and Allan was more than happy to accomodate this and change the date. On the day, Allan and his two colleagues were polite and friendly to everyone they spoke to, and they just cracked on with the job (despite lifting some heavy furniture down some difficult stairs!). Well, what can I say! Out of everyone I’ve dealt with throughout my moving experience, Allan and the team were by far the most competent, friendly and reliable people I’ve come into contact with!No job was too big for the boys which included my piano; pool table and obscenely large chandelier, the stress I anticipated of the ‘big move’ was totally abated and I am pleased to say, was made entirely hassle free.Thank you for making the process that little bit easier and being so efficient and easy to deal with.I cannot recommend you enough and implore anyone thinking about using your services to absolutely do so!

These guys are the real deal. They helped my Mother move house in Norwich back in May 2021. I was so impressed with their work, I got them in to do my move in London. Yes, they drove over 100 miles each way to help.Allan was a pleasure to deal with pre move with direct wattsapp communication throughout.Luke, Jason and James were phenomenal on the day. What was super useful was they all have their own different expertise which proved vital throughout the course of the day.Top lads and incredibly impressive at what they do. Would have taken them all for a pint had they not needed to travel 100 miles home.

The service we received from start to finish was excellent. Alan was friendly, helpful and informative throughout the process. The guys who moved us (Robbie, Jamie and Sam) were again friendly and helpful, they couldn’t have made the day any better than it was. They were so speedy, I couldn’t believe how quickly they packed and unpacked the vans. Huge plus that this company also unassemble and assemble larger items. I will recommend them to everybody!
