I visited this barber with high hopes for a satisfactory haircut, but unfortunately, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. I went in with clear instructions, explaining that I wanted the sides trimmed while keeping the top untouched, and specifically pointed out the areas below my beard that I wanted cleaned/shaved. Regrettably, the barber disregarded my requests.The hair was fine. Not the best, but okay.But when the barber started trimming my beard and mustache, even though I had clearly stated that I didn't want any changes to my facial hair. It was disheartening to see that, once the mustache trimming had begun, it was too late to stop the unwanted alteration. The lines and edges of my beard were haphazardly and unevenly cut, resulting in a completely asymmetric and excessive look.Feeling dissatisfied and having no other option, I returned home and had to shave off my entire beard, which I had been growing for more than eight months. It was not my intention to have a clean shave, but the poor execution of the haircut left me with no choice.This experience ranks among the worst haircut experiences I have ever had, and I certainly will not be returning to this barber. The lack of attention to detail, miscommunication, and failure to follow my explicit instructions were highly disappointing. I am writing this review to share my honest feedback.I hope that this review serves as constructive criticism, urging the barber to improve their communication skills, attentiveness, and execution. As customers, we rely on professionals in the industry to fulfill our expectations and provide quality services. Unfortunately, my visit fell far short of these standards.Overall, I cannot recommend this barber based on my experience. I rate it with only one star, reflecting the immense disappointment I felt throughout the entire process.
