Manuel Moves

I witnessed One of they driver today at M25 had himself out of his van’s window to close some other driver’s side mirror because he didn’t let the Manuel move’driver to cut him off , than their driver tried to cut me off but he couldn’t therefore the driver hit my car by throwing something at my car . I can not trust the moving company having a driver like that.

I couldn’t recommend Manuel Moves more highly. I’ve used other forms but these are a really cut above. Their guys are so calm, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. On a stressful moving day, they really went the extra mile for us. We’ve also used their storage which is efficient and very cost-effective. Much cheaper than using Access or the equivalent.

I used the services of Manual Moves recently and found them a very good company. Johnny and Scott really put themselves out to help me on the day of the move. I would highly recommend the company. Max and Sandy back at the office were also very helpful.Karen Humphreys

I recently used Manuel Moves to transport some furniture to my daughter in Sheffield from London. Manuel Moves provided a competitive quote and we used them. They were very professional, 2 of their employees who were smartly dressed arrived and wrapped the bed in polythene and then very carefully loaded the furniture taking care not to damage anything on their way out. My daughter was impressed with their delivery and said how careful they were not to damage anything and that they were very polite and helpful, much more so than her previous delivery from Heals.I would not hesitate to use them again they were very easy to deal with and provided a five star service. I would highly recommend them.

I was out on my cycle this morning in Little Saxham in Suffolk when one of the Manuel Moves box vans overtook me on a blind bend, if the car on the opposite side of the road hadn’t stopped there would of been a head on collision. The driver must have a death wish as he did the same thing on the next blind bend narrowly avoiding another head on crash. If you use Manuel Moves services I would suggest you check for breakages.

A really fantastic family run company. Having movers that are professional, pay attention to the detail, friendly and genuinely want to help and do a good job can make all the difference in making moving a much more manageable experience. Very solid company.

Manuel moves carried out a very complicated and large job for us two months ago and did an exemplary job. All their employees are professional, courteous, friendly and always go the extra mile to take enormous care when moving items. They provide a superb and outstanding service.

I'm not one for writing bad reviews, however my experience of using Manuel Moves with my move in August 2021 has been lacking. The removal guys were very nice, however they didn't pack one of my large crystals well and it arrived split in half. I was told the their insurance would cover it but they have been very hard to get a hold of ever since and when I finally did they said it was out of theirs hands (the insurance will sort it out but they couldn't give me any more info). It's now been 5 months and I still have had no response from either Manuel Moves or their insurance company about covering the damages. I would not recommend this company as I would hate for anyone to have a similar experience.

I have been so impressed by and grateful to the Manuel Moves team. From the pre move organisation through to packing, moving and unpacking - it was been a stress free experience. The team are hardworking, personable and highly professional. Going that extra mile to make sure everything is as I want it. I would recommend them to anyone.
