Disabled parking has no easy markings, spaces are small for current car sizes, visiting at 5.30pm not much food availability

Only went in at 2/3am to use the toilet - they could have been cleaner but didn't use any other facilitiss

Very dated, not the cleanest service station, the Dyson hand driers just blow back air in your face. Ok for just a stop for a coffee and toilets. Odd sitting so close to the traffic.

Quick and easy stop. Won't spend the money in these places unless I'm really hungry. Way to over priced. Take advantage of people travelling. Good for toilets.

There’s a microwave opposite Subway - between Waitrose and Starbucks that can be used to warm food for kids. It’s a shame there isn’t a play area for kids.

Being disabled my wife and I were very disappointed to discover that apart from Subway all hot food outlets were upstairs with no lift access. A notice said to contact the site manager but to try and find that person was impossible.

The good thing about this services is that there is a Waitrose here which is at least a bit healthier than the other junk food factories that you normally get at services. Be good if this places started taking a bit of responsibility and offer healthy options rather than playing their part to kill off the planet and cause obesity! Obviously coffee is massively overpriced as normal but there you go.
