Shoozoo

I can’t thank Shoozoo enough for their incredible service and lovely shoes. We had a tough day today trying to find shoes to fit my 12 year old daughter who has to wear special inserts in her shoes. We tried multiple shops in Brighton and there had been many tears shed by my little girl through frustration that nothing was fitting. We rushed to Shoozoo at 4.30pm (30 minutes before closing) and were greeted by the lovely owner who said that she is used to fitting shoes with inserts all the time and not to worry. With my daughter now feeling better the fitting began. Beautiful shoes tried but after an hour (well beyond closing time) we were still struggling - the frustration in my daughter was building and the tears started to flow once again. She was treated with such kindness and patience - to a desperate mother it was just wonderful. The lady owner (I wish I knew her name) kept on bringing out different style shoes until finally one beautiful shoe that my daughter loved, fitted! Those tears turned to smiles from ear to ear and it was now my turn to cry! I am beyond grateful to Shoozoo for their patience and determination to help every young person walk out of their shop with the best fitting shoes possible. Some may say that they can purchase shoes cheaper elsewhere, but the quality of product and the service provided is second to none. Don’t hesitate to visit - I wish I had gone there first, it would have saved me hours and lots of tears! Thank you a million times Shoozoo!

The team at Shoozoo couldn't have been more helpful. My granddaughter wanted particular school shoes & she was so excited with the selection. I was so happy with the fitting & the service. I thought shops like this had ceased to exist. Just wonderful thank you.

I don’t normally leave reviews but after my amazing shopping experience at Shoozoo I felt that I wanted to.The owner Sharon was so knowledgeable fitting and finding my Grandson the perfect school shoes. She offered such a friendly, fun professional service, always so patient, and simply could not do enough for you. I will be definitely going back to Shoozoo and highly recommend this shop.

Great shoes and service only until something goes wrong with the shoes you were recommended to buy. Do not accept any warranty claims, even though shoes started falling apart just after 2 weeks. Promise to contact you after speaking to a supplier and you never hear back from them. Shame as we were really happy with the shoes we bought here last year, but definitely not going back there after a very disappointing experience recently. We will dissuade this shop to our friends.

We’ve been going to Shoozoo since my eldest started walking. He’s now 8 and his brother is 3 and we would never go anywhere else to buy shoes for our kids. Sharon is wonderful, she remembers small details about the kids and always makes them feel special. Best service, best value, best range of shoes!

We have spent so much time looking for a pair of shoes that fit my 5 year old … then we spent 5 mins in Shoozoo with Sharon and bought the second pair we tried. Thank you so much Sharon. We’ll definitely come back.

Great shoe shop. They took incredible care to find just the right shoes for my daughter who suffers from very high arches. Would highly recommend.

Shoozoo makes buying shoes for my two children simple and stress free. I just wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great range of shoes, really kind, patient and knowledgable staff, and we have never left without exactly what we needed. Just brilliant.

This is such a lovely shop and the owner and staff are very kind, warm, knowledgeable, unflappable and just really give a great friendly caring service even whisky dealing with very tired 4 year olds! Highly rate this place, even if you have kids who find shoe shopping to be a challenge, shoozoo will help you all! Thank you Shoozoo, we will be back x

The staff are great, they do a great job at listening to the kids and are very patient.Makes buying shoes so much easier!We booked an appointment for 10am but staff didn't turn up until a bit after to open up and help out
