I took my car to this shop and was great customer service ,amazing work on my car done windows tinting and from lights and a new 4D plate.I strongly recommend!!!

The guys at VIP WINDOW TINTING were great! The window tints and black vinyl wrap made a massive improvement to the look of my car, professional and helpful would recommend for anyone! Great price and fantastic service! ONE OF THE BEST TINTING SHOP IN LONDON.

Very happy with the service. I had called last minute in the morning and they squeezed me in on there lunch break as i had a random day day off. Very kind and swift service. Professional. They take card payments whi h made me feel even more safe, however being a small business myself i decided to take out cash. Highly recommend and also left with a life time warranty.

Just had some work done on my car here. It's the first time I've used them and after today's experience they have a customer for life.Quality of work is outstanding they really do take pride in what they do.Service was second to none. I added some extras when I arrived and it wasn't a problem for them.Price was very good. So much so I've booked in another car for tomorrow.Thanks for the service and I'll be seeing you again soon!!!

Im afraid to say I have to leave VIP window tinting a negative review.I took my car in for rear and side window tints, and after leaving it for a couple days it’s was wholly apparent that the job was unsatisfactory, leaving many bubbles, a very poor look/finish.I informed Tiago of this, who agreed, and offered me back to have new tints fitted at my next convenience.When I returned, he apologised for the poor job and suggested that it was likely caused by them leaving the front door open whilst road works were taking place immediately outside. So it would appear my poor job is down to their lack of quality controls.He began work right away, and made absolutely no attempt to warn me of any potential risks associated with removing tints.After installing the new tints, he invited me over to inspect the work. And left it to me to point out that in removing the first tints, he had stripped away the heated element defroster lines from the rear window in multiple places. He made no attempt to raise this, I had to spot it for myself.He also then tried to claim that although the painted lines no longer looked the same, the function of the heated elements would still work, just not by the breaks. Now he is either ignorant of how these circuits work (which would be surprising given his industry) or purposely tried to mislead me.What followed was a very awkward exchange. He set my expectations extremely low by offering up a 4D license plate as a goodwill gesture. Whereas going into this, all I wanted was nicely tinted windows, and not to have my property damaged (loss of one of my cars functions) in the process.After much time, he reluctantly offered me a refund for the cost of the tints, and nothing else. Insisting that I ‘leave happy’. In truth I would’ve wanted him to offer to fix the heated element, but given how the exchange started, this was never likely. I accepted my refund and left.The fact that I do not possess a working encyclopaedia of car parts and their cost has let me down. I researched the costs AFTER leaving. The replacement glass quote from Mazda is £1300+vat. Tiago’s error, and lack of quality control has cost me dearly, if I wanted to return my car to its original condition before ever entering VIP window tinting.I did go back till discuss this further (with more time to think and research the consequences of what had gone on). But they didn’t want to know.

Went to get a price and 1hr later my windows were done.Brilliant service brilliant price.

Superb service, second car done here in two days and it was as good as the first.So accommodating and helpful.I cannot recommend them enough.I wish more car companies would be as helpful and honest as theses folks.10 ⭐
