We have a rare breed of dog and when the cashier asked she knew exactly what the breed was and was really interested. Forgot her name but she was amazing and lovely to be served by.

We go there often when we are in the area. Expensive purchases for our new dog, pleasently surprised with the discount. Staff are warm and friendly, left us alone to browse, they also advised to just return the goods if there was an issue.Excellent experience.

Pretty good selection of items for all pets, and helpful staff who can usually answer questions on the spot. Wheelchair access if necessary. Parking is free.

I would just like to compliment Molly who works at the Glossop branch. She was so helpful today sorting out my phone app for Pets at Home which I was unable to access. She was professional, extremely competent and friendly. I would have told her manager face to face but unfortunately she was unavailable. So I am doing it here - you have a great employee, a credit to your business!
