An absolute hero.Georgey took my call when I was having a crisis with my brand new car not starting up after jumping another car. Spent over 15minutes on the phone with me understanding the problem - I had a really awkward battery set-up due to being start-stop - giving me guidance, advice and potential solutions - and the hero came through and I got everything sorted when I was on the verge of forking out for towing and garage work.
