After a long drive from Birmingham we were excited to try this restaurant which got a lot referrals. However it's absolutely appointing.Food: look at my photo this is the real salmon I tasted. It's thin and not fresh. It feels like coming from room temperature not freezer. It doesn't worth £15 at all.Service: after we paid, we waited over 25 mins for the meal. Restaurant is located at food court. Definitely we saw other restaurants served meals within 10 minutes. It's nightmare to wait.Atmosphere: we need to go in kitchen at hidden place. They didn't provide hot water nor tissue as well.After meals we were disappointed so much and ordered another kitchen called Hong Kong Boy". We never heard this before but they served meal in 5 mins with tissue provided. Their beef is also delicious

Best sushi I’ve ever had in Manchester or even UK! Been to Japan few times before, it just tasted like the same as original Japanese sushi. Plus those salmon are fresh and gorgeous, and those are all fat and it will be melted once you put into your mouth. Highly recommended! Especially salmon haha

Highly recommended, fresh and lovely. Authentic Japanese cuisine that u couldn’t find elsewhere around MCR. Great service as well,respond quick and reliable.

Had the sushi and sashimi last night,food was spot on! absolutely delicious and authentic taste that you can tell. As a sushi lover, its the best sushi spot I've ever try in the UK, definitely will order again, highly recommended!

Best sushi in Manchester! The food hall is a bit messy but the sushi are amazing! I would recommend the Superb Sashimi Don and salmon sashimi! Thanks for the fried shrimp cake and they are delicious too! The food is way beyond my expectations.

Fresh sashimi and seasonal Uni all the time.Guys don’t expect much services here when you stay at the food court, it’s a massive take away kitchen set up kind of food court. The owner will bring you food to the table.

Best sushi in Manchester! our favourite is Prime Salmon Sushi - very fresh and more fatty than all other stores. Shime Saba and Mackerel Sushi are rare to find in town but still very up to standard. Just the price is on the premium side. 100% recommend all sushi lovers to pay a visit and we also want to come again.
