We asked Karim to conduct a structural survey to facilitate the valuation for lending on a flat in a purpose built block. He moved surprisingly quickly conducting the survey the next day and completing the report over the weekend thereby causing no unnecessary delay to the purchase process. He also provided a clarification for the lender the same day asked for it. I highly recommend Karim’s services and will be using again if I have the need.
