Accompanied my daughter who hates having her hair done. She was almost purring by the time Ollie had finished with her new style! Immaculate, professional, welcoming set-up. Thank you so much to Ollie for putting her at her ease and boosting her confidence so much she was willingly posing for photos later which she always refuses!

My husband n I recently came to Kirkby Stephen on holiday, I decided to get my hair styled & coloured & contacted Tangles,all the staff were lovely Leanne my stylist was very good, wonderful cut & colour & very attentive, thank you all n I will be back lol.Sue Willcock.
