Very helpful, our dog Barney paid then a visit for a coat fitting, tried nearly every coat on that they had beige picking the first 1. Throughout they were fantastic with him and very patient with us. After comparing their coats to Pets At Home we also found they were cheaper and much better quality. So if you want the best customer service and best value for money then ditch the national chains and shop here

I visited pets with hart on Wednesday 3rd August, I brought pets treats, squirrel food, bird food and joint supplement for my dog. I was very impressed with the customer service I received, the owner was very knowledge, friendly, polite, smiley, kind, very welcoming and I could shop with ease. I was served by an older gentleman with glasses I think he is the owner.

Didn't respond to emails,when eventually I was able to visit ,I was told the product I wanted was no longer available - found it in Jolleyies, where the staff were much more friendly and understood what to feed baby goldfish -NOT FLAKES !!!!

Great store, has everything that is needed for pets and shop people very helpful

More than just a pet food shop! It's packed with feed, supplements, med's, and everything animal, bird and fish. The real bonus is the highly qualified and accredited staff that are always happy to help and advise so you know that whether it's a oack of feed for your fish or a toy for yourdog, you'll be giving them the one that's right for them.

I'm currently looking after a dog and popped into Pets with Hart for some feeding advice. What Sharon didn't know wasn't worth mentioning, she was so kind and helpful and I left feeling very reassured. Highly recommend this shop.

I waited so long to write this as I was going to stay quiet due to being harassed by one of the staff member’s daughters over negative feedback I left on their Company Facebook page, but now feel like I shouldn’t be kept quiet to keep my negative experience hushed. About 2 years back myself and my partner purchased a beautiful little Hamster from another Pet Store, to which we wanted to get her a wheel to go in her cage, we went into Pets With Hart to get this, however the Wheel we was recommended to buy was far to big for her Cage, so we found another Wheel and took this one back. Now we had always had such a positive experience at Pets With Hart, normally seeing a young gentleman or the older Gentleman who is the owner. Sadly when we returned the Wheel, the Lady who served us, was very reluctant to refund us and was so rude it was unbelievable. She told us that the Hamster needed a big wheel due to them growing and if kept in a small wheel they would end up breaking their backs, and was saying we will end up breaking her back. To which I responded that I knew full well about how to take care of a Hamster as we had had one previously who was the same type of Hamster and was always well and looked after and didn’t appreciate her nasty attitude. She very abruptly shrugged it off with an “ok then” answer and handed me my refund with the most stinky attitude. I was so upset and frustrated with my experience that I left the review the next day about this specific lady and the treatment we got from her. Baring in mind, I did state all other experiences were very pleasant, needless to say about 5-10 minutes after putting the feedback, a lady commented on it asking if I was sure that this has happened and questioned my honesty. I was obviously very shocked and explained that yes I was sure as it happened to me. She then said it was odd as she waa very friendly and always good with customers, to which I politely said “maybe so but unfortunately myself and my partner experienced otherwise” she then laughed at my comment and said she found me funny. I shrugged this off and blocked her, to which she then private messaged me from her husbands account saying that I was slandering a business and it’s reputation. I politely explained that I had an unfortunate bad experience and was simply leaving my review which is what a review section is for. Regardless of wether it’s a positive or negative one, you are entitled to leave a review. She would not leave me alone and even threatened me with the police. Telling me I was childish and shouldn’t bring people or it’s business down. Luckily the joint owner saw my review and messaged me giving her apologies for my bad experience, I explained what had happened with this person messaging me, only to be told that very person is the staff member’s daughter (ie the staff member who treated me badly) and was known to do this a lot and didn’t know when not say anything in the joint owners own words. I felt so attacked that I actually stupidly removed my review but now I am making it known that this treatment and harassment is not acceptable. People need to accept that people are going to leave a review where possible. To make someone feel so small and guilty for leaving their honest feedback is appalling. Hopefully the staff member has since realised her wring doings and hopefully the daughter has since educated herself better on company reviews and not to interrogate people on their experiences. Otherwise the owners are lovely. I couldn’t fault the owners at all. Keep up the good work to the kind Lady and her Husband (ie the owners)

Very friendly and extremely helpful just a treasure

What a lovely shop. Such kind, helpful staff. Great products and prices. Really professional advice. Bit tricky for disabled people due to steps, but helpful staff. Will deliver and can order by phone. Would definitely recommend.
