Emergency Plumber In Croydon

Very Poor service, very rude and hostile individual. He came to fix a toilet leak, became angry when asked questions about what he was doing, destroyed the flusher button in the process and refused to fix it and claimed no responsibility. He gave me an expired CSCS card! Avoid this overpriced man!

I was told over a year ago that I would need to replace my cistern as it became increasingly more difficult to flush. When it actually stopped flushing Adrian asked for a photo and ordered the parts. He was here on the same day and repaired the cistern in less than an hour. It now flushes as if I had a new cistern.I highly recommend Adrian.

I called this plumber Andrei because my garden sewer was blocked and in 30min he was in my house, very profissional Sir and he did solved my problem in 40min, very quick. Thankful

Absolutely amazed with the service. Immediately knew what was the issue after seeing a picture and was able to tell me how to rectify the issue within minutes. Recommended to anyone, very polite and professional and 100 percent knows what they’re doing. Would give 6 stars if possible.

Received a visit from this plumber to check my boiler which was not working and I had no heating in the middle of December. He spent about 20-30 mins looking at the boiler only to advise me that I needed an electrician to come and fix it! My partner paid him (which I wish he hadn't). Cost me £125 only to be told I need an electrician to fix my plumbing!! I emailed this plumber and suggested that as a gesture of good will he refund me 50% of the cost as he had not repaired anything and couldn't repair it. As of today he has not refunded me and refuses to! What plumber advises that he can't fix your boiler and that an electrician is needed to do it, after investigating for 20 minutes then leaving!!!Who charges £125 (just to get there) which is what he advised me, then to leave 20 mins later with no results at all. This man ripped me off. I would suggest to anyone if they are thinking of using his services to reconsider!!

Avoid this company. Called today as boiler broke & normal plumber not available & have a young family so needed it fixed ASAP, . I was told someone would be with me in 30 mins (Max one hour). After an hour GF a call saying technicians car had broken down & would be an hour. I asked if would be same price as I now would have been waiting 2 hours when had paid premium price (£200) for a 30 min call out, manger said no change to price. When I then tried to cancel he insisted I could not cancel & the plumber would come anyway & I would be charged. When I said I would not pay he was intimidating & said they would find a way to get their money & if I didn’t let them in that was up to me but they would find a way to make me pay, as I have a young family I backed down. The plumber who came was good (this is a booking agency) so I have taken his direct number so I can just call him in future. Would never use a service like this again, just find an actual plumber & call them.
