An absolute joke of a practice. I was calling the practice beforehand to let them know that I will be running late due to traffic conditions, when I called, there was a call queue also which didn't help. I took off time from work to able to get there directly from work, only to be told I can't be seen due to Home visits". I was 9 minutes late! Being able to get an appointment is a given at this practice in the first place! The standards are a mess. The doctor in question is Esha Hussain

I regular patients this surgery,all receptionist and staff is very nice and friendly.Dr.Qayum is the best gp…listen patient,understand problem and helping.I so happy have doctors like dr.Qayum.Many thanks Elzbieta Sobas

We called the surgery for my son appointment about 15 minutes before it closes.He wasn't feeling well for the last few days.Any how I was put on hold by the lady staff then we were told that could you please make your way to the surgery as Doctor said he will be waiting for you,even though it was almost closing time.We got into the hospital and seen by the doctor immediately.We really appreciate for this kindness from the staff and the doctor who all waited for us.

I'm not a regular here so I can't speak on the GP experience however my brief time here was pleasant. I have luckily had no bad experience. The receptionist helpfully guided us to the correct building (Hillside Bridge Medical Center, downstairs). It was fairly quiet, clean, tidy, easy to understand signage except for the location of the major building attached to it, Hillside! It's not possible to immediately understand or locate as a visitor and I think it should be.

Disappointing surgeryHow on Earth it was rated good by cqc beats me…Reception are extremely rude disrespectful and have no people’s skillsCall for an appointment and they say go away call back tomorrow at 8.17amTry the online method for an appointment and they’re never available as only 1 week shows where we as other surgery’s like farrow show the next four weeksCall for a prescription they say go away use the online method even if it’s not working due to a fault of there ownCall to speak to a manager they say go awayWhat the hell is the surgery still up and running for6 staff have left in the last 4 weeks and over half of them were long time staffThe new recent assistant practice manager has also walked out as too many politics in that place which explains why it’s such a dump.Dr Akbar needs to get a grip and the manager shaid needs sacking and replacing as all he’s done is employ young staff who have no basic manners or empathy.The whole place needs a shake upSo glad I have left this surgery just 2 weeks back and joined farrow medical centre who have real people not children and treat patients with care not with disrespect.Very disappointed as it was an okaish surgery till recentlyShould close down or taken over or a whole new management put in place.As for CQC they’re just as pathetic as all they look for are the tick boxes regardless how they are with patients.

I’ve had nothing but good service from here.My GP practice is in the same building but as I have complex health issues and Diabetes so I see the guys here for my diabetic medicine and help/advice when needed as was referred down to the Level 2 team who work from this practice.As with all medical issues it depends on who you see and what you have wrong with you as to how you are helped however like said my experiences so far have been excellent and can’t find fault with the Diabetic team anyways.ThankYou everyone for your help.

Absolutely disgusting attitude from staff members from this practise. The receptionist are trained to say what they know but clinical staff members speak to you like you’re something off your shoe and YASMIN KHAN THE ASSISTANT PRACTICE MANAGER. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, brings her home issues to work and takes it out on patients. Never been spoke to so disrespectfully by someone. Screaming at people 30 years younger than her! Never experienced anything like it. They train you to remain professional no matter the situation. Patients will be overwhelmed, they are ill or they’ve got poorly children. If she gets away with speaking to patients like that. She needs to go! Not what you expect from SENIOR members of staff from a gp practise where they are supposed to empathise with the patient.

I recently had my smear test, it was very daunting and I wasn’t very keen but the practice nurse Rianna put me at ease made the procedure / the whole experience very easy and comfortable for me.Even the front desk staff were very nice and pleasant Thank you again we do need staff like you all.

I would like to say a massive Thank You to everyone that works here. Your service has be invaluable to me and my husband at our sad time. From the district nurse's to the fast delivery man and receptionist. You all do a great job.
