Aston Uni sports clothing looks good but delivery is awful. 11 days later its not even shipped yet. I wouldnt mind this as much if delivery was free but it cost £6 with no discount on delivery even after doing an £140 order. Very poor service.

Absolutely rubbish customer services. Spoke in customer service regarding my order but they cannot update because they are depend on production team. Customer support team can't track the order number. They don't know what time order will be release from supplier. Only speak one sentence and been touched by management team that is your order should be receive by 10-15 working days. That's all! Nothing else they can help you.

Avoid like the plague if possible! Extremely unprofessional and incompetent staff members! One doesn't know what the other one is doing so therefore a lack of consistency! They put incorrect info on the website and then refuse to refund when the error lies with them! This review by the way is after trying to resolve the issue straight with them without any joy!A very bad experience could not deliver the goods at the stated time, order was all messed up and the insult to injury was when they refused to take ownership of their own mistake! Happy to provide evidence of the full interaction and the error which cost us to be out of pocket!Personally I feel they must provide different experiences to different customers, well we live and learn i suppose and thus never again!!

Finally getting my order after 3 months due to the item being out of stock. I waited a month for my order which didn't arrive and only after I sent an email saying it hadn't arrived they informed me it was out of stock. They informed me that if will be in stock in December and after a again couple changedof weeks was told it would be in January. If I knew from the start it was going to take this long I wouldn't have ordered it.

Really excellent customer service from Tina.Catalogue has more options than the show room but by looking around you can get ideas of trophy designs

I read the initial reviews and I was worried about pick up, but it couldn't have been much better! Tina was very welcoming and in and out within 5 minutes! Great service, thank you!

Absolutely terrible company. I am still awaiting one pair of shorts for my son. I wouldnt care but I have even arranged to collect the shorts myself!! If they hadn't already taken the money off me I be telling them exactly where to stick their shorts!!Unhelpful, arrogant staff. If I didn't suspect that the owner of this company is friends with the boss of my sons football team I would be strongly suggesting that he looked elsewhere for their football gear.

Used Surridge for the first time to order kits for three of our 3 Junior Teams. The kitbuilder website was perfect - particularly how you are able to see the kit with logo/sponsor before ordering it. Found the staff helpful and we were all really pleased with the quality of the kit when it arrived. Our U13 team won their first game wearing it (not sure Surridge can have the plaudits for that though!!). Would really recommend the company to other Junior Club considering a change of kit supplier.

I placed an order beginning July and WAS CHARGED BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED PRODUCT in December! The company sent an apology in Oct and promised to have the order sent that week when their supplier backorder was sorted. It took a while, but the managing director did follow up with me and provided a sincere apology and recompense for the mix up. Successful companies do have glitches from time to time, and I believe Surridge Sport has positive intention to be supportive of customers.

Website terrible quality - links don't work and frequently kit is out of stock. Ordering goods takes ages and postage at £6 a pop drives up the price, and delivery still takes up to two weeks. Quality of the printing is poor - lots has peeled off some of the kit. Hoping things will get better.
