Always get good, friendly advice here. For our aquarium, we go nowhere else. A well stocked shop and they certainly look after their fish.

During our visit we were looking for some larger sized clown loaches to go in with our older ones we have already. We decided to visit the Worcester Maidenhead as our local one only had a variety of small ones. We were a little disappointed by this store although it was still ok and staff were friendly a lot of the fish here didn’t quite seem as healthy and happy as the ones at our local and a lot looked quite uncomfortable. This could have just been our timing maybe they had all been cleaned out recently and were a little spooked but it definitely turned us off buying any fish from here on this occasion unfortunately.

Visited this shop goday (again) . I like to go back there. The tall man (Alex probably) is always there. He is very helpful. Today the shop looked very busy. He was still calm, helpful and gave good advices. :)

Upgraded my old tank and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Great support on every aspect of aquariums (plant advice, gravel/soil advice etc), will definitely be visiting regularly for further purchases :)

This sunday We went to buy few fish for our fish tank and the one gentleman who works there (tall guy with gold tooth) he was chatting to his 2 friends for ages when I asked nicely we would like to buy a fish he replied very rudely and said his serving and to go out the desk thats how it works and continued like I had done something wrong. My partner wasn't happy and said let's go so we left and brought fish elsewhere. He was awful and shamed us just for wanting to buy a fish n interrupting a personal long convo he was having! Never again sadly

Can’t fault the staff - they are really helpful. The range of products is limited though, and some of the tanks seemed to need a bit of attention. The only other problem is it’s a long walk to the car park if you buy something heavy.

I have been to the Worcester store today, I was impressed. Alex served me, very helpful and knowledgeable fella. He wasn't there when I went 2yrs ago. That day I gave a 1 star rating which I have now removed. I will definitely be buying my fish from there from now on. Thank you Alex my good health fish are settled in my pond all playing and happy.
