Since discovering, this is the only place I bring my watch for battery replacement and repair. Very friendly service with a ‘can do’ attitude. Speedy repairs with great communication. Great value for money too! Why go anywhere else?!

Exemplary service every time, Naz is a lovely and talented fella who always sorts me out quickly and professionally. I popped in to get a battery change for a Christopher Ward quartz watch and to ask if there was anything to be done for my old Seiko automatic- dead and rattling for years. 10 minutes later I was back; both watches were working and pressure checked, and all for a decent price. Will certainly be making another visit next time I need a watch resurrecting…

It looks like most other people have a good experience, unfortunately I have been there twice and both times with bad experiences.The first time, there was a very long wait time and my watch came back unrepaired. When I highlighted this, they then took it away again - it came back repaired however was broken again within 30 minutes of me leaving the store. I was overcharged compared to my original quote also - as to which I had to complain about.I thought I would give them a second try considering the good reviews. I was promised my other watch could be fixed, and it would take 1-3 weeks. I returned four times over the next two months - each time being promised that my watch would be fixed later that day and to come back then.When I finally got the message that my watch had been returned, I arrived and they said they can't find the part to repair it. This obviously means it had sat there for two months not even being looked at.To be honest I have never had such a bad experience from a store, and I hope if you go here you are aware what could happen.

Excellent work. I previously went to a highly rated watch-repair shop on The Strand to resolve a mechanical fault in my old automatic watch. The other watch repair shop had told me that there was nothing that could be done.I tried Watch Repair Piccadilly and they fixed it in terrific time. it has now been three weeks since the repair and the watch is in perfect condition. Us Londoners are very lucky to have this gem of watch specialists!! This is my second visit, this time I came to repair my JLC Reverso that suffered condensation damage due to the in house JLC watchmaker not sealing it properly on my last service and ended up oxidising part of the back dial. See photos attached. JLC weren’t interested as of course it was my fault to get into the shower with a waterproof watch. Anyway it took 5 weeks to get my Reverso fully serviced and communication was excellent, they sent me pictures with the damage and a reasonable quote with the tasks that were required. On my first visit last year I came to repair my Rolex Air King which had suddently stopped working and again they put me at ease, that job only took 2 weeks. And it saved me a visit to Rolex St James and their nitpickery.I got a bit confused however (hence 4 stars), they told me I had to pay extra for my Rolex to be polished which apparently was done somewhere else and yet my Reverso came polished as brand new when I never requested it. Anyway I’m not complaining just found it a bit confusing. From now on I will trust them with my future pieces and routine service. Thank you again.

BRILLIANT! I walked up with a broken watch, within 3 minutes he had it open, fixed perfectly and reassembled. He wanted to charge £10 but I decided to pay £15 as a token of my appreciation. A friendly smile, an efficient service, an honest expert! It's such a rare thing these days, I'm astounded when I find it!

The team at Watch Repair Piccadilly did an amazing job replacing the damaged sapphire crystal on my Rolex with a new, genuine Rolex glass. They also polished the watch to perfection, making it look brand new. All in all, ordering the new glass, fitting it and polishing the watch, took 2.5 weeks. I think the pricing is very reasonable as well. Highly recommended & will definitely use again in the future.

This is the first time I’ve used Watch Repair Piccadilly to service my Rolex watches. The work carried out is to a very high standard and the returned watch fully cleaned comes back scratch free and in an as new condition. the fastest service provided ever.
