I would like to recommend this store for everyone who passing harrow station underground in the mornings. Amazing, quick and high professional customer service, staff always smiling amd happy to help. The manager of the store, Magdalena is a perfect example how to work hard every day with smile and hapinness giving to customers. Well done @wenzels and team from harrow on the hill!!! You made my day!

One of the workers took my credit card and said that didn’t and the hygiene is awful I saw a bunch flies around the desserts, workers absolutely rude and gives dirty looks and when I said I didn’t want anything ever a worker gave me a dirty look this wenzels absolutely awful if you want to go to a wenzels go the the one in the town Center not this one

I placed my order with the guy behind the till and I asked for a pepperoni sandwich and got a drink, me thinking he put the right sandwich in the bag, he actually put a different one in, and it's not a sandwich I can eat. I was really disappointed when I got home.

I got given a rock soild pizza that was most likely sitting from yesturday,the cheese is literally impossible to break or move when i got home i opened it and noticed it was freezing cold but the solidness gave it away ,they couldn’t even be asked to heat it

Very bad experience in this morning... I just bought a cappuccino and had to throw it away because the milk tastes weird. I will never enter this store again. unfortunately I have a baby that I am still breastfeeding and it is almost 40 degrees outside.

I have worked in Harrow for 3 years, I always get my breakfast from Wenzels, everyone that works there are always so friendly and sweet, asking after myself and my family.I always have the best customer service, thank you guys for bringing a smile to my face every morning.

I wish the review below were wrong and that all my fellow reviewers were being nasty if only a little bit.Today I went to buy the last minute croissant and it took so long to have it handed over after I payed. Just because while I was touching my phone on the device the assistant went to help someone else… and then went inside and then the other assistant didn’t know which was my order and then I had to tell her what I had bought again. Ouch.I feel sorry for the staff.They are overpriced but convenient right at the entrance for the station at Harrow-on-the-Hill.
