I took my laptop in to get the screen repaired and they replaced it with one better than the original for a very reasonable price. Amazing service.

This is a very helpful shop! They sorted out my laptop problem today in 15 minutes - patiently (I am a non-techie senior citizen & do not understand technical jargon) & above all courteously.

I took my laptop into the shop with issues with the charging. I asked if this was an issue with my charger or the laptop. They had a look at my laptop and told me it was an issue with my port in my laptop which would cost £150 to repair. I since purchased a new laptop charger which turns out to work. So it was an issue with the charger and not my laptop. I just saved myself £150 for no reason. Customer service was friendly, but will not return in future.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE & JOB COMPLETION.I took a damaged laptop to Arize yesterday. He was able to complete a full repair exceptionally quickly. I got it back this afternoon. He was very helpful, very polite, very pleasant to deal with. And most importantly, he did exactly what I needed done and in a super fast way. I cannot fault the service at all. The price was fair and not at all overly expensive. As a business owner, I wish this Arize and his business all the best because this is how business should be conducted! 5* all day long. Thank you!

They were incredibly helpful all the way through, and fixed something with my laptop that a number of technicians had previously failed with. Extremely highly recommended!

Generally an excellent shop. My macbook's microphone was broken and was replaced for a fraction of what the price would be at the official apple store. My only issue is that I was promised that my computer would be fixed either the same day or the following morning, and it took a day or two longer than promised.

Arize turned a my bad situation into a very positive one. He swapped out failing drives that had left my laptop unusable, and turned it around very quickly and at a fair price. I got my laptop back within 2 days and my repair was in actuality and upgrade with the new drives being of better make, so I'm very happy with the shop for my first time having these sorts of issues since moving to London.
