3D Nails

I have never written a review but since my experience was so bad I had to leave one for 3D nails. I went there and got my nails done by a guy and it was not until after I left that I realised how thick they were. I went back the next day and asked if they could be filed down. The lady glared at me and said she couldnt see the problem and that it was because I had gel on top. I have had acrylics with gel for a long time. No it was not becuse of the gel. She started filing my nails after an argument over whether they were thick or not and she dug so deep on all of the nails to remove the thickness that my fingers burned. The acrylic was now paper thin on all the nails. She was filing with such vigour, as if to make me suffer for daring to come back and complain. Do not go here if you want good customer service, normal thickness nails or pain free fingers :)

Excellent service at 3D Nails. All Covid precautions have been put in place, very clean, plenty of anti bacteria available and the staff wipe all sections down between customers. Screens in place and all staff wear masks, ensuring a safe experience. I had a full set of acrylic nails with shellac colour, beautiful nails, perfect finish and each application from start to finish completed to perfection, excellent value for money. Lovely friendly staff, very relaxing. I highly recommend 3D Nails, I have been a customer for a few years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else,

I was their customer for a while. Once the lady that working there charged me £20 more than their regular prices. The second time she charged me more than their regular prices, I said if you want to charge your customers more than your usual prices you have to add the new prices to your list that the customer can see. I said last time you charged me £20 more and this time also £10 more for what? She got angry and shouted at me and told me that you are wrong!!!The problem is that they even don't accept their wrong!I said you can just tell me an apology but you just shouting!It was a horrendous bad experience so I told her that I won't come there again. She kept her shouting and said why? I said look at your behaviour! It's not professional.I believe that if I had a receipt from them and the lady was impolite to me, then I could complain against her. But unfortunately, they don't give any receipts to the customers!

The worst nail place I have ever been to.They are very rude and don't accept any complaints or opinions from their clients.The old lady shouted at 2 clients for nothing. I would never back there again.

The worst nail place Iv ever been to!!! I went in for some infills with a French tip design. The lines were all odd sizes and were thick! After saying to remove this the lady was quick to blame it on the nail vanish. As she took the nail polish off I did say the nail shape was wonky but blamed it on my real nail? Which was cut down at this point. 2 days later 3 off my nails have lifted and fallen apart. Iv never had this problem ever elsewhere!

My daughter had her nails done here and she was so upset. She had saved up to get them done and they were lumpy and the nail polish had not set properly. The technician just took her money and told her there was no time to put it right

Excellent job done in quick time. Would definitely recommend.

Perfectly done acrylic nails! Such gentle people

I came here a couple years ago and didn't enjoy the service. I tried it again last month and its very different than it was. Friendly greeting ,very short wait and when I told her that I needed it done quickly if possible she did an amazing job in a very short time. Despite the speed the quality of my acrylics is better than its been in a while. Officially my new nail place.

Nice friendly service for my daughters nails who had an amazing manicure. The owners of the shop are very nice and welcoming
