No one available to take my call then cuts me off.

Unfortunately the people here have very little knowledge and are unable to give meaningfully advice. The triage" part of the service is given by a poor woman that is supposed to give advice on everything

Wish i could give more stars as they are extremely helpfull and polite ,even through they are voluntary, you wouldnt think they were..

Citizens Advice Walsall was an huge waste of time and disapointment. I was looking for free legal aid for my friend's son. they couldn't even just give us any link or address of anybody or organisation that could advice or help us on the matter that we were seeking help.Citizens Advices are blaming the cut of money but as a citizen I am blaming them of lack of passion, desire, motivation... they don't bother anymore. the service is poor. they want to get rid of you as quick as they can. cold atmosphere. they forgot that people go to them because they have not another choice.they are their last chance to sort things out.So please stop looking down on us and just try to be a little bit warmer and maybe we will make Walsall a better place with better people.

I find it a very poor service, when calling CAB no one bothers to answer.... I called for advice today and was waiting for someone to answer, my phone rang out for over 40 minutes. A very disgusted customer....

I dont know why they have this so call help line no one bother to answer the phone so what's the point thank god I was not going to kill my self because I would not have been a live now to txt this what a waste I rate this 0000000

They do a great service for the community and are desperately needed by a lot of people who are struggling. Saying that, it's often very crowded so expect to wait a while to be seen.
