Fantastic store and helpful staffAlways willing to help and have a chat. recommend this store to all my friends and family. You are garunteed an absolute bargin every time you shop there. Deals are changed on a regular basis which keeps it fresh and inviting. Far far better than any other convienece in my opinion

we rented a property for a weekend break away from London in Elmer. this shop was the main shop in the village. the sttaff are extremely rude, in particular the old lady and gentleman! they don't mind taking the mickey out of their customers out in front of other customers and as soon as one walks out the shop or pointing out the customers to each other then whisper and laugh out loud. They have no manners and I even witnessed when the young man who had just started working there asked the old gentleman to come and help him when the queue was long, but in return the respond she received in front of customers was that, I quote: if you are not capable of serving 6 or 7 customers in the queue then you will not be working here! " I am glad we don't live there and don't have to deal with this shop ever again."

Shop here quite frequently all i can say is check what you are being charged for the item that you have purchsed two 2 litre milk £1.16 ea i believe charged €3.20 didnt check until out of shop my bad bought beers a couple of weeks ago 8 cans on a deal £8.00 i bought 12 making my purchase €12.44 case of coke £5.00 plus bag should be £17.60 ish charge £19.20 get it sorted people its not nice to be ripped off at your local store

Shop has gone down since recent takeover in my opinion. Slow service, often only one serving during peak times. Several items appear to be no longer carried and stocks are frequently low or gone

Has the latest opening times and most robust range of food and drink in the immediate Elma area.Tesco ATM at front and some pretty good deals.Free parking right across the road.7/10 would recommend.

Good service but staff do not wear masks behind tills or while out stocking shelves.

Prices in there fluctuate. Everytime I pick something on the shelves at a certain price they are higher when I get to the till, so they’re not sticking to advertised price. When I mention the label on the shelves to the staff they kick off and get ridiculously rude. As well as this, their opening and closing times never stick to their timetable. Always a disappointment when I get to One Stop around 9:45pm and they’re closed, considering their closing time is 10:00pm. It’s inconvenient especially as it’s the only shop in Middleton.

I have always found them pleasant and helpful, they will lift my basket up onto the counter and pack my bag for me, as an older customer who has to use a stick it is invaluable to me. Would have been 5 stars but for the narrow aisles and the high counter.

Stephen a staff member was slagging off a previous customer to another staff member, when I was in the shop. I felt very uncomfortable knowing they might do the same to me when I left.

I use this shop three or four times a week very helpful staff good range of products very handy local shopping.
