Andy was extremely helpful with our hunt on a new carpet. He was very patient with us as I am quite picky in deciding. Andy was able to give us amazing advice on what would be best for us and stopped us from making silly mistakes, would highly recommend this place!! Very reasonably priced and outstanding service! Will never go anywhere else :)

Andrew is professional, reliable and very knowledgeable. He provided me with excellent advice for flooring the whole of my house. He supplied quality samples that enabled me to match to my colour scheme. The carpets and vinyl flooring were of a very high standard and the affordable price allowed me to remain within my tight budget. The fitter was highly skilled, neat and very particular. Overall, it was a great experience.

Andy is one of a kind, he is helpful, knowledgeable, trustworthy and pleasant. His advice is honest and thorough, I stated what I wanted and he happily went through options with pros and cons.Often suggesting cheaper alternative products which to me is a sign of a good salesman. Works extremely hard and is a fantastic example of a strong locally run business.Fitting was fast and looks great.Thanks Andy

What an absolutely excellent experience, from choosing from a huge range of carpets to the fitting . The fitter, a very pleasant young man, Luke was hardworking and efficient, turning a house into a welcoming and warm home.The house will surely sell very quickly with the addition of the lovely carpets. Many thanks to all concerned, and only wish I could buy new carpets each week, they give me so much pleasure, and will definitely use this firm again.

I've used Andrew at Mill Carpets twice in the last two years and have been impressed both times. He is organised, efficient, open and honest plus he is very well priced compared to other quotes.We also had a difficult room to carpet with changes in level.... I have to say I'm impressed with the fit. Will definitely be back.

Really good experience. Andrew was very helpful in finding us the right carpet. He came out to measure and the carpet was ordered. Unfortunately there was an issue on agreed day of fitting as there was no carpet. But Andrew sorted this quickly, which was fantastic. We will be using them again. And I have already recommended them to family. The carpet fitter was also really good and quick.
