Russell has been amazing repairing and resizing several pieces of jewellery for me but this time he has surpassed himself by assisting with a ring that had a chip fall out. Rather than repair, he used this and another small piece of jewellery I owned but did not wear to create a special new piece. Fabulous service at a reasonable price, would highly recommend.

What can I say about this amazing man.. . He put my original wedding ring melted with my mum's who sadly passed away. The diamond ring was given to me by my mother-in-law made to fit and cleaned. Russell gives great service and advise. It was a quick turn around and sometimes he can even do things on the day which I so appreciated. He was so helpful in adjusting some inherited jewels that needed to be sized to fit me and a ring changed into a pendant.I highly recommend his craftsmanship as it was seamless and well worth the investment. He also gave the jewels such a good clean I felt that they sparkled in a way I have never managed to get them. It's definitely worth going to the professionals if you want quality workmanship. Highly recommended.

Went to see Russell at Brooks Jewellery Services for a new necklace as my previous one was frail, much like its owner, and needed replacing. Was there talking about different options both on design and pricing to see what I wanted and also what I could budget for.After viewing several pieces, which took some time and I thank him for his patience, I decided on a style and which I liked and was at a price I could afford. Jewellery isn't cheap after all so buy once buy right. I tried on two lengths and chose what I felt suited myself.I also had scrap gold to trade off against and he gave me a good price for what I had which was offset against the cost. I left with my new necklace and also knowledge which you get from going to an independent who has been in the industry for many, many years.
