Awful experience, avoid this place at all costs, I think 1 star is too high.I made an appointment for 10am and they were over 30 mins late, with no apology. When I asked them about it they said they don’t do appointments?!?!Staff were rude and used excessive force when dealing with me. The person actually physically grabbed me and pushed me into a chair which really hurt.0/10

I got pastel French tips 2 weeks ago for a decent price of 38 on and went in today to get infills and they cost me 20 pounds. However it would cost me about 30 pounds to get the same colour as I did last timeRip off of your money

Serve whoever they want I’m no order of waiting, just whoever they feel like doing next. Quite rude and snappy when asked how long, just told how “busy” they are but put people straight into seats with people waiting. Over priced, lack communication and customer service skills. Just after your money, hence why all these nail shops want you to pay cash so they don’t have to pay as much tax lol. Cheap nail Polish, never had gel Polish that chips until having my nails done here.

Nice place. Staff are a bit sharp. By gel chipped after 4 days. Not ideal. I'll stick with nail bar 45

Been going for a few years with very few issues, however, last 3-4 times my polish has not lasted a week and chipped off. When returned to shop the advised I should have come back within 24 hrs otherwise not there fault. Sad to say I won’t be going back

I have been there for the first time and got my gel nails infilled and nail design on just one finger.I didn’t like the design and went back a day after to change it.I was ok to pay cause I changed my mind.She said 5£ . Only two fingers and when I wanted to pay she said 5£ each !!!! 10£ for only two nails . This is a ripoff .

Last time I went I was charged £20 for lovely different colour nails and some nail art, just been today and just got block colours for the same price
