Pizzas are incredible - so tasty and authentic. Delicious ingredients and smoked flavour from their specialist oven. Service is sadly very slow, bordering on rude how long you're left to wait even when it is not busy - the front of house is excellent at welcoming you but the service falls off a cliff after that! Atmosphere is good if you're looking over at the oven, everywhere is not so nice with an industrial theme" which goes too far with very exposed brick work

The service is very fast and the pizza is ready within 10 minutes after ordering. The taste is pleasing and flavourful, and appetising dessert. The staff is also in fast service for ordering and cleaning. Atmosphere is nice.

Outstanding place to dine. The service was impeccable. All of the staff we interacted with were super friendly. The pizza was fantastic taste-wise but though dough was a little wet.

Brilliant Staff, quick and very knowledgeable on dietary requirements. Great selection of pizzas, even have something for plant food lovers. Garlic bread was fantastic. Only thing we had was when its busy its extremely hard to hear the person opposite you. Will for sure visit again VERY soon. Reasonable priced too.

The food was good but the menu was small, and there wasn't any veggie signings on the pizzas so it was very confusing what we could eat - especially as a lot of pizzas used parmasan cheese.

Visited on a weekday lunchtime so they were fairly busy, but the service time was great. Only a slight delay on the drinks which I didn't question, but was still told it was due to changing a barrel.Staff were very accommodating to my wife’s fussy requests of where she'd like to be seated, and then when she wanted to order a specific pizza but take one of the toppings out.When you book, they say you have the table for 1½ hours, but this was more than enough time to eat and drink at an extremely relaxed pace. Pizza and beer were superb as expected, but I have to say the general vibe is so much better in their Brindley Place location which is a 10-15 minute walk from here.

Shocking experience , charged too for a starter that was for two and got charged for 3 . Waited near an hour for a pizza which was completely wrong to which we as the customers got the blame for amazing customer service there when it was your crew who clearly didn’t listen. Then when we revived the second pizza which was supposed to be triple pepperoni which had a combined total of around 5 slices on it and 3 small diced potatoes in one heap. As I couldn’t be bothered to wait another hour for yet another wrong pizza I simply told the manager that I wouldn’t be paying for this when he had the cheek to say that this is how it supposed to be either clueless or just simply couldn’t be arsed on a Sunday night but customer service needs sorting out here as the pizza , when they get it right , can be good . If you could tell me if what below is how a TRIPPLE pepperoni with added potatoes should look like then I’ll happily eat my words
