Not a good company leaves parcels outside front door if you are buying items from online or any company I would check to see if they are using this courier firm. I would give them no stars if I could. That's all well and good it took 45 days for the company from ebay to ask Hermes to investigate and they said they delivered it geographically and took a photograph of the item on the doorstep but when I got home the parcel was not on my doorstep and I ordered off idea world the other door Hermes was delivering again the first time they delivered the parcel the did not leave because it was a unsure place the second delivery attempt they just left the parcel on the doorsteps Hermes seem do want they want especially the delivery drivers and you can collect from they're depot or get in touch on the phone it's all automatic. If you are work and self employed and can get much time of work to stay home for your parcels it's a nightmare.

The muscular guy at the store was very condescending and almost aggressive in his behavior. I have gone there twice to return an Amazon parcel and both times he was very patronizing. The second time I told him that he could try being nice for a change.Never going there again. Absolutely rubbish. An overall rating of 2.4 speaks for itself.

They think that it's appropriate to make rude comments about other people's appearances out of nowhere while people are just waiting quietly for their purchases. Also Telling customers to get down onto the floor and go through parcels themselves when it's literally their job.

The worst customer service I've ever seen in a 'convenience store'. Terribly rude and grumpy for no reason making customers feel stupid when their instructions do not make sense. If using them for Evri they will not provide the service advertised by Evri which is supposed to include packaging, labeling and shelving...
