Best indian in the area. Always tasty food and the staff always polite and friendly. We always have mango lassi to drink if it's available. Priced well & highly recommended.

Just had a takeaway delivered from these. Normally they are good but very disappointed tonight. Soggy popadoms with watery chutney and no red onions. Tandoori chicken was only one small chicken leg and no vegetable curry sauce.I Don't normally complain but this is way below standard.

Best curry for miles .... We've had a few orders from Bengal Cottage now and these are by far the best in the area... Full of flavour.... Everything tastes fresh.... A good takeway is a rare treat these days 10/10

Went there for a casual meal and did not except the service and quality to be so good! Honestly the food was amazing and being Bengali myself I could totally taste and see how they have actually put traditional taste and texture into the food. A lot of places compromise but this place certainly doesn't. It is quite a small venue and would love if it had a little refurb done to modernise it a bit more. But other than that top marks for this place. All the other customers seemed to love their food too and they cooked our meal exactly how we wanted it !

Honestly use to love this place but now just gone really bad it as if no care in the world any more. Food was horrendous my food was just swimming in oily water .chicken jalfrezi was not cooked enough. considering I ordered food at 7 just to having to wait for food to all be re cooked because one of the chefs lost the plaster in my food be nice if u just admit it instead of just make out no clue about it. Will deffo not be coming back again .

Absolutely brilliant curry house, just found it as was working locally and looking for a takeaway on google. Food was fantastic, the tarka daal is so good and lamb chops are tremendous... and amazing value. Staff very friendly and super helpful. Can’t imagine finding better in the area
