Voucher Express

Scammers. DO NOT USE! They stole £180 from my account and I've never even heard of them.

Scammers. They took £450 from my credit card. Don’t use this company.

These people are scammers, they charged my credit card on the same day, one for £450. and one for £200., Ive never dealt with them before, and never purchased from them, beware everyone!

Scammers, somehow someone got hold of my card details and made 3 purchases within 4 minutes totalling almost £300.

They need to stop accepting fraudulent transactions. I don't even live in England and they charged my credit card.

Thank you Laura for being a great Team Leader.I made an typo email error purchasing a birthday voucher for £100 from TK Maxx, I phoned TK Maxx, their customer services assistant was combative, rude and unhelpful and evidently didn't know what he was talking about, he asserted that vouchers could not be cancelled and it was my responsibility not to make typo errors. Additionally, he threatened that if I contacted my bank to cancel the payment I would be banned and blacklisted from TK Maxx for life and referred me to Voucher Express who are responsible for dealing with TK Maxx gift vouchers.Laura at Voucher Express couldn't have been more helpful, she explained that this was not the case and cancelled my voucher as my mistake was obvious and advised that there was be a 14 day cooling off period for on-line purchases. She cancelled my transaction and explained the process. In future, I will be going directly to Voucher Express for my gift requirements.

wow never heard of them they deducted money outta my account,and called the transaction,,,,purchase pending,,,,i don,t shop in the uk eithier they,ll get thiers thieves
