Race Dyno Tuning

Used Will a few times now and always happy with the result, from first going to him for tuning and been very happy with the results, he recommended some upgrades to gain more power, so we went ahead and got them all done and now the car is set up perfect and could not be happier with it. Would not go anywhere else now for mapping. He knows his stuff, cheers Will

After I got the run around from several businesses more local to me (Nottingham) I started to look further afield. I got booked in quickly and easily with Will.I'm gonna put my 1986 Porsche 930 up for sale and so wanted to know had it lost any of its grunt since the engine rebuild in 2008.Will took great care of my car and explained what he was doing at each and every step.He clearly knows his stuff and is more than happy to share his knowledge.Top service from a really nice guy.

Where do I start, Will is one of the most talented and possibly one of the smartest people I've ever crossed paths with.He's polite, incredibly helpful and will take time out of the day to answer any questions you have about what's happening, why he's doing what he's doing or even to explain the whole mapping process in a way you'll understand without making you feel silly for asking.Before any dyno runs was done Will inspected the cars and also checked the oil levels and asked about all mods and other questions to help him get to know the car better.On this occasion Will had his hands full with both mine and my dad's Honda's.My Civic Type R Fk2 was already mapped when I bought it but felt very temperamental when it come to its power delivery, Will ran it on the dyno and it made good power.. BUT after inspection of the cars systems via obd it was clear that the map wasn't done correctly and he explained why and how this was bad. He explained if he mapped the car again it wouldn't make much more power. I was 100% happy for Will to reset My ecu back to factory removing all the previous mappers poor workmanship and to start fresh.Overall the car made about 8-15ish bhp more than the old map. The car is now averaging better mpg and is alot smoother though the rev range than it used to be. Which is a win all round and was definitely worth every penny in my opinion.Onto my dads Civc Type R Fk8. Will did the same pre checks as done on my car earlier in the day. After this he even explained to my dad what he was doing and during the dyno runs was showing him what and where to look on the screen to see the differences.The waiting area is a dream room! A projector displays the tv onto the wall and the massive sofa is like sitting on a cloud! With full surround sound keeping anything on the tv sounding as good as it looks! There's every channel and streaming site you can think of connected to the projector and even a games console incase you're more of a gamer.Cant thank Will enough for not only the amazing job on the cars but the knowledge he's given us to go with it.

Had my Integra dc5 turbo build mapped by rtd on the 03/07/23 really friendly happy to help with all questions. Really knows what he’s doing when it comes to mapping your car. Would highly recommend. Im amazed with the power and the map he did on my car

I’ve been to Wills at RDT 3 times now with my civic EP3 type R and every visit has just been fantastic! The most recent visit my car was having fuel related problems and didn’t Will long to quickly diagnose it (fuel filter)When I came back with new filter he offered to fit it for me and once it’s on the dyno the problem was fixed.I came back to Will because I’ve recently fitted some skunk 2 drop in cams and 70mm RBC inlet manifold and after nearly a few hours of Wills magic it made 258.2bhp!! Which I wasn’t expecting at all, absolutely thrilled with results.Will is on another level when it comes tuning cars and anyone that has already been will agree with me, the level of knowledge this guy knows about his craft is something else. He puts 110% into every job he does. Top guy!

Will has yet again proved why it's worth driving across the country for his skills. A customer's Civic ep3 now producing over 200bhp at the wheels with a great torque curve, drives spectacularly well! See you with the next project!

Travelled from Surrey to have some work done by Will on my FK2 Civic Type R. Really great guy who explained everything as he was going, making sure I was happy with it all. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Also spent a good few hours chatting about everything car related, which made the whole experience 5 star.Thanks again mate, keep it up

Will mapped my EP3 Type R with inlet and exhaust mods. He listened to what I wanted and mapped my car with tremendous attention to detail. He spotted TPS and VCT solenoid underperformance. The car is now, smooth powerful and efficient. No qualms about recommending RDT.
