Just a line to say that I have known Pete, Mark and Paul for over 8 years and have at all times been pleased with the excellent personal service and the phones and other things that they have supplied me with. They are friendly; courteous and seem always genuinely pleased to see me. I look forward to have an opportunity to buy from them. I only visited the cafe part of Fonetastic but while I was there many many people came in to ask about phone advice, laptop advice,Screen damage advice, network and top up advice. Pete takes pride in what he does and is confident talking to his customers.A busy phone shop with a little cafe attached, Paul makes a mean cuppa and a friendly smile.

I left a query by email on Sunday evening regarding a charging fault on an iPhone 6. I was impressed to see on awakening on Monday morning that they had responded with a quote.I popped in that morning, they booked it in, gave me a coffee, and within an hour it was repaired complete with new charging port assembly.Well chuffed - good service, thanks.

I have been in multiple times and each time was served in such a friendly manner. Peter and his team are always so helpful and patient. There are often people in there having coffee and chatting. Today I ended up waiting for a while as I needed some specific help with and ext hd. I have always thought that this little shop is much more than a shop/repair centre, and today I was even more, convinced that it is t a real community hub! Wonderful!

Great place have lots of second hand electric goods. Brought a monitor and a wheel. Very happy grandson's. Repair service is really good too

What absolute rip off shop scerio you take a tablet in 100vper cent pristine condition for a price you look round and u see same tablet markedup for 649 pounds after the sales guy comes back he offers you 240 pounds so when he sells it he makes 409 pound profit RIPOFF I think people will agree

What a little gem. Really honest and fairly priced computer and phone repairs. Not actually the fastest repairs :) but well worth the wait. Lovely friendly staff, I feel like it's my second home! Nice little coffee shop located inside also.

What fantastic service as the name suggests. New battery in phone, no fuss, so reliable. Lovely people. Coffee bar open. A real pleasure to give them my money. An amazing den, laptops, dvd players, headphones, loads of accessories. Shop local. Lots of regular customers in the shop which is a good sign. Thanks guys. Great service.
