Nicole and this whole comoany aviod aviod aviod - i have serious memtal health issues they gave me a loan for 10k i couldnt pay i had nothing butbi was ill im now registered disabled we paid them 4k and they took the car back and still are saying we owe 15k please dont go near this company ever - Nicole constantly lies the nuumbwrs divert to a mobile this company pray on the weak and vulnerable they are disgusting

Very understanding & good customer service

Unfortunately 2 months after I financed my bike through auto accept I was pulled out on and the bike was written off I lost my job as a result and have missed a fair amount of payments. However auto accept have been so simple to communicate with and are really understanding.

Absolute Disgrace.Bought a car through them recentlybut was then diagnosed with a medical condition that meant I could no longer drive a manual car. Asked them to swap the car for an automatic and even pay any negative equity.However they became very aggressive and very insensitive to my situtation. Typical of a company that is money motivated and does not care about the wll being of its customers.Avoid them at all costs as they do not care about the customer only money. A bloody disgrace to the financial community.
