The Rosa Burden Center

I have been coming to the Rosa Burden centre for specialist psychopharmacological help. The care and treatment have been consistently outstanding.

Really poor support, left suffering for months and months, no real care given! Left fending for myself despite diagnosis of severe FND!

I have been treated appallingly by Rosa Burden Centre.I’ve been told I was a ‘did not attend’ even though I was soeaking to the consultant for an hour. Since then, it’s all gone to pot.No-one called when my phone appointment was due. An hour later, I called them, to be told the doctor had finished clinic and gone home.I’ve been waiting for almost a year, since the first successful video call, since then I’ve been treated like a bit of dirt. Made to believe it’s all my fault. None of their referrals or promises are done.I try to always see the positives, but can’t find any.Disgusting.

Absolutely amazing professional care given throughout my 3 week stay there. Have suffered from NFD neurological functional disorder along with ME and Fibromyalgia for 2 years now and have gone from pillar to post trying to figure it all out and trying to cope. But 3 weeks within the care of the centre and the professional staff I am now on my way back up to getting control of my life again and control the debilitating episodes I suffered constantly. I still have a way to go but I couldn't of done any of this without their care and guidance and most importantly the knowledge and understanding of all the care staff there.

My experience from yesterday was degafu after 1 hour drive just to spend 15 minutes with them how can thay say that there is nothing can do i wood not recommended them to eney 1

They way they have treated my husband is disgusting!! He was waiting to see them for months he kept ringing up and told he has to wait.. Then months went by still nothing. He suffers with memory loss and confusion at 28 then he rang once again and this stupid person of a receptionist said to him just sit back and forget about it"! Absolutely disgusting!!!! Then when he finally got an appointment they kept changing the day.. Then didn't put him in the system so when he showed up for an appointment he got told they double booked and couldn't see him!! They haven't updated and off his record as the gp has nothing from them!!!..."

I stayed at The RBC last night 30th November 2022. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, caring, attentive and helpful. Excellent bedside manners, can't fault them. Went in for a sleep study and was informed every step of the way as to what was happening and why. Thank you for looking after me xx Kelly Sheppard xx
