WOW WOW WOW!!! With so many decor companies out there, it’s easy to get in a state of panic about who to pick for your big day - but as soon as I met Syma and her team coupled with the amazing highly recommendations from other suppliers in the industry - I knew I didn’t need to look anywhere else. Syma and her team completely captured our wedding vision and the end result was simply STUNNING. Exceeded all my expectations !! All our guest were in awe. We felt completely at ease throughout the process & really trusted Syma and her team would execute to perfection. Simply the best.

It was a pleasure to work with Syma and her team and I could not recommend them enough. I had originally booked with another event decor company, but the experience with them was terrible, so with less than 2 months until my wedding reception event I was frantically trying to search for another vendor. Syma and her team were professional, personable and really took the time to understand what I wanted and the theme we were going for. I was updated throughout the process and sent progress pictures of my centerpieces to make sure it was everything I hoped for. The team went above and beyond and created the most beautiful, elegant and honestly magical event I have ever seen. I booked Syma for my son Bilal’s walima at Natural history museum. From the first day I spoke to her I had complete trust in her . My son and daughter in law was busy in their final year exams and this makes it very challenging for us to make sure both happy on their special day.Syma gave me great advices all the way through. As soon as my husband and I had a date for the wedding, we didn’t even look at other companies, I had been following Enchanted by Syma on Instagram for a while and they were the only company we approached! We met Syma and instantly fell in love with her ideas, her personality, her confidence and just her excitement about all the different ideas we would incorporate into our wedding. We originally asked for a great gatsby themed wedding, Syma was very honest and said this had been done many times, and instead of going a completely different way, she took our idea into consideration and said she could do a great gatsby theme- with a twist! We left our first meeting eagerly waiting for the mood boards, once we received them, they were beyond what we had expected ! We trusted Syma and her team so much, we knew we could just leave them to do what they do best! Syma was able to organise two amazing VIP tables for our immediate family which was something my husband and I really wanted but we had no idea how it should be done, and again Syma had come to the rescue with her brilliant ideas. Syma had also helped us find an event planner and a company for our cake, and everything just fell into place ❤️. We absolutely enjoyed organising our wedding so much and wish we could do it all over again. A year and a half later, our guests still talk about our wedding! We booked enchantedbysyma for our Nikkah and Walima decor recently. Rumana dealt with our booking and I had received exceptional service from her. All enquires were virtually due to our busy schedules and the distance which meant having a lot of trust in Rumana and it all paid off. We had 3 events in one day which meant a lot of work to be done in a short space of time. The team delivered ahead of schedule without any flaw to their work. I cannot praise them enough.
