Jackson's Art do not make it very difficult for you to leave reviews on products that you purchase from them. Because it's an open process I would feel very comfortable taking advice from any reviews on their site.Thanks for the reply and I accept the comments. In fact you can make your own customer reviews on their site. I have ammended my previous review accordingly.

I have been purchasing at Jacksons all the way from Australia for a couple of years now, it came about in the pursuit of fine watercolour paint. I love your service, process, commitment and thank you for sending me your free Materials guide book. This has been useful and I loved reading your story by Gary Thompson. Now you have taken this one step further by opening a website/warehouse in Australia, thank you.

I haven’t used these mount vision pastels yet, however, 14 out of the 25 pastel sticks were broken. The packaging is in a flimsy cardboard box, and Jackson Art could have wrapped these in bubble wrap instead of brown paper. Since most of them broke in an ideal size, I would have returned these and purchased from another art supply company. Delivery was quick but Jackson Art can do a better job when shipping fragile products.

By far my favourite art shop. I generally buy their stuff online and I usually receive my products the next day. They also have many brands in stock that other art shops don't have such as Holbein, Gamblin, Michael Harding and Daniel Smith. They also have my favourite Bella Arti canvases. On top of all this, their frame shop is super handy and affordable. Jackson's is the first place I go to when I am running out of supplies and I can do so without always having to leave my house.I am also always super impressed by their packaging as every single item is securely attached to the box as are the paintbrushes placed in their own container as well as the paint tubes and everything I buy in one shop.

Really good shop with an immense choice of art materials ( the shop has a reduced amount on show due to size). I particularly love their own brand products artist grade as they are very similar quality to top brands but without the label. I have used their artist acrylics, watercolours, oils and lately discovered the fantastic choice of 200 hand made soft pastels! I totally recommend them and thank you Jackson for giving artists an option to buy high quality art materials at a reasonable price. They are very responsive on the phone, email and at the shop they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I also ordered online and their postage service is very quick and the boxes don’t have a single bit of plastic, even their tape is recyclable.

I love jackson's. I love how fast they send my order and how well its packed. Just good quality of product and service.

I usually shop online but visited the Dalston shop when I was last in London. And didn't want to leave! With their vast range of art materials, this is my new go to one-stop-shop.

I placed an order Friday morning, it was dispatched 20 minutes later, and I received in Saturdays post! Superb service! So pleased thank you :)

This is such a wonderful place. A gem in Dalston. The staff is super friendly too.
