As usual in this Post Office, the Post Office staff had more important things to be doing than serving customers, but when they did eventually serve the waiting customers we were all very appreciative of her efforts.It's a shame that the fabulous shop staff don't work in the Post Office section as they are very friendly and quick to serve.

Firstly it has changed to inside the Fox Shop?? I went on a Friday lunchtime and was told it was closed between 12.30 and 13.30 on Fridays only to allow the Owner (??) to go to the Mosque.

Closed the post office 10 minutes to closing while there was a queue of people who have been there since 20 to.Very poor customer service.

Acklam Post Office
Computer upgrades taking place during business hours causing maximum inconvenience to customers. No contingency measures in place. Staff totally disinterested and unwilling to provide any service. Not even possible to collect a parcel.
