I came looking for help, they turned me away because I am fit and healthy, I have medical conditions, but because I am taking medication it ok. as a ex serviceman I find this appalling, to be kicked out like that after waiting 4 hours, the woman I seen was rude, and to top it off they turn down a 18 year old girl, and made her sleep on the streets in 2014 in Britain this is not right got 2 stars because the lady on reception was really helpfull

Why do people judge this place when they’re sat comfortable in a hot nice hot home and there is people who are on the streets trying to find a place like this don’t judge if you do not understand what this place is all about people need to have manners just remember one day you could be in a situation where you need help and sleeping on the street Have some respect
