Amber is an amazing lady. She is very intuitive and is able to help you find where your blocks are. She is very thorough and ethical with her hypnotherapy explaining every step. She has a beautiful calming voice and is very encouraging . I'd highly recommend her.

Thank you so much Amber! I can't believe the results I've achieved. I was sceptical if hypnotherapy would work for weight loss, but after trying so many other methods I thought I'd give it a go. I lost half a stone within the first few weeks - without even consciously trying! Eating healthily feels so easy and natural. My cravings have virtually disappeared, with a few more sessions, I think they'll go completely. I can't wait to see how far I can go with this.
