Good massage, & very relaxing. Normally I avoid massages or rarely done them. But this time was different. Niamh was very nice, calming voice, & listen to what I needed. I felt comfortable in this situation, first time ever. Would definitely recommend.

Went to Gavin booked in for a massage. I've had on and off shoulder pain for a few years. Told Gavin and he set to work. He did some deep tissue massage and some cupping. I never expected the amount of work he put in. He explained every step and worked on me for longer than I had booked.As a result I can turn my head without any restriction and when I bent to tie my laces, I felt like I could bounce up. Never knew how much I needed this and will be going back.

Lisa was so lovely. She made me feel so relaxed before even starting my treatment.I had been waking up in the morning with jaw ache from clenching my jaw in my sleep & this has now stopped. It definitely improved my sciatic pain in my back as well!Honestly would recommend this to anyone, theeee most relaxed I've felt in a long time. Absolutely amazing.

I had a treatment with Gavin following back surgery earlier in the year. This was to help ease muscle tension in the lower back.Further to his assessment and professionalapproach, there were other areas that needed focused on as well.My shoulder and neck were tight too.I had the most amazing treatment. After one session I can't believe how much flexibility I have and feel great.I can highly recommend Gavin and I will definitely be booking in again for another treatment.

First class session with Niamh. A very lovely lady who make you fully at ease and totally relaxed. The lymphatic massage is definitely worth a try if you have never had one. Niamh is very knowledgeable and gives you some tips to use at home. I can see an improvement in my legs each time I go. Definitely a 5* treatment!
