We have had an order for a collection since last week. We where told on Tuesday @12pm that it would be picked up within the hour. We still have the parcel 2 days later. We have tried calling repeatedly but cannot get through to anyone. Would have been faster to deliver it ourselves.

This company should not have a franchise with APC or any other delivery firm. To say they couldn’t care doesn’t go anywhere near far enough. This company defines the modern era of not caring/apathy with its poor attitude and endless failures to deliver. Uncontactable, unhelpful when you can and fundamentally they don’t deliver. Avoid like the plague, unless they’re delivering the plague in which case use them because it will never get to you.

Absolutely useless! I have deliveries daily with dpd, parcel force, no issues at all, I have constant issues with this rubbish company! Never listen to instructions, never answer the phone, I even drove there once to collect a parcel which they told me was there for it to be lost and told there was nothing they can do!

Awful service from APC. Arranged a delivery for last Monday and it wasn't sent out for delivery until the following day, whilst I was at work. Rearranged the delivery again to collect my delivery from the depot so I wasn't let down again... Travelled 40 miles only to be told my delivery was in the damaged section and the well packaged fragile item was shattered. Could have at least avoided the 40 mile trip with a courtesy phone call to say it is damaged. Absolutely shocking.

APC's parcel service is often plagued by delayed deliveries, lost packages, and poor customer service. Difficulty in getting in touch with APC's customer service team and receiving satisfactory responses for inquiries. Furthermore, APC's tracking system is unreliable and doesn't provide accurate information about the status of packages. Overall, it appears that APC's parcel service has significant room for improvement in terms of reliability and customer support.
