Same day appointment. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Given more than one option for how to treat ailment. On site parking. Reasonably priced healthcare. Complete Care plan set up so convenient for future. No faults at all with service - very happy! Much experience than previous vet.

Everyone really took the time to show an interest and concern over my cat. Very welcoming and reassuring. The advice and treatment was excellent and my cat is almost fully recovered. Will definitely be back, and will recommend to friends and family. Well done Vets4pets!

Vac for life visit with my dog, originally started at Vets4Pets Stormont which left Vets4Pets. We then had to use Vets4Pets in Newtownards. Every visit has been fine, thankfully have only had to attend for these type of appointments, have no complaints and would recommend.

Fantastic service. This practice is full of lovely and compassionate people who would go above and beyond to help. Both vets and receptionists are great, I can't recommend them enough. Hatti saved my rabbits countless amount of times.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. No waiting when I arrived and the vet, Dave, was incredibly thorough in checking my cat for a bite she sustained in a fight. Highly recommend.
