Mr. Suresh was very welcoming, kind, helpful and spontaneous during the smooth checkin for MOT. Took less than a minute to. Mr. Mohammed called in about an hour or so with confirmation of completion and collection. Appreciate the timeliness, details shared, communication and ease of service. Great team. Highly recommended.

Nice staff. Had to wait around 1 hour which is not bad, no issues with my on-line purchase, all details of my Passat were correct. People complaint about wait 1 hour? Those people should visit other shops... I t is not easy change and work with tyres all day long. They do their best and they ate not robots, but people. Will use again. Thank you.

Been going here for years, overall great job and service which I have also experienced the same with Hertford and Borehamwood branches. Honest people who suggest you change wear and tear parts based on your driving rather than their profit margins. Definitely recommend them.

I came here to get my tyre changed and being a female I hate coming to any auto shop because they tell me 20 things wrong with my car that I need to fix just so I can make money off of me. But this was NOT the case here at all. They were very kind, helpful and made sure everything was taken care of properly. And I didn’t need to wait long. Great service, will definitely be going back to them for anything needed with my car. 10/10

Very disappointed with the Halford garage Wembley, I booked Mot with them for 11:00 am when I reached their one of the staff member mention I am late as the MOT was booked for 8:30 which I didn’t and also I have got confirmation of email which clearly says 11 am. As I am Halfords member I was not supposed to pay Mot charged but he forced me to pay that I didn’t follow the correct timing. He was very rude and arrogant and wasn’t trying to listen to me and was showing its my fault for missing the appointment .

I have been to National Tyres before and the service was very poor (Hendon) but the garage in Wembley is fantastic. The staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient. The team at this branch are clearly passionate about what they do and put the customer first.

Avoid using this place for MOTs. The people I spoke too seemed alright when I spoke to them, but they clearly should not have a MOT inspection certificate. I wish I could rate as 0 stars...Car failed on a few things, so I said I would look at doing them for the person. I corrected all the failures and brought it back for a retest, and they issued a pass with defects. The defect does not exist...I then went on to do the monitor and repair as necessary jobs post MOT and they said the rear brakes need replacing. On inspection, the pads are almost new and not worn thin as they state.Avoid this place at all costs, I suggest going to a small independent garage instead.

Booked tyres online to be fitted at this centre. Best price by far for the Bridgestone tyres I needed. Fitted in an hour as advised on the day. Top customer service from Suresh who took care of everything.
