I rent vans from them intermittently. Always very helpful and flexible. Rates are very reasonable and hiring is hassle free. They remain my first choice.

I suggest you make 'first call' your last call. We purchased a car from them and had nothing but trouble. After they had numerous, unsuccessful attempts at fixing the car, we exchanged it for a different vehicle. Again, this car had nothing but trouble, which first call tried to cover up. Eventually 9 stressful months later with the threat of small claims court, we got a full refund, after abuse and unproffesiinalism from the owner. Avoid these scam artists, you would be better off and safer buying a horse and cart!

Have used this company several times for car and van hire.Even recommended, in the past, to customers in the hotel where I work. Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience recently. I paid a deposit of over £250, the car they agreed to sell me had a small issue (they said), they lent me a small car for a few weeks out of good will (they said).5months later and the issue still isn't fixed. I have asked for my deposit back, but they have refused and have told me that will not pay it back ( even though the car I was buying still isn't repaired) They said this is because they lent me a car out of good will!!!!! Clearly it wasn't good will at all.Be careful when dealing with this company. Their word clearly doesn't mean very much.I'm very disappointed.

Hired a van from owner Phil recently to move my son. Always great service from this company. I have hired cars from them and bought my car from them. Great service for my car I know I can call in there anytime if need car looking at and they always take time to look after my car. The after sales service is great. Would recommend this company for car sales or car and van hire anytime

I purchased my car from here over 3 years ago. It has sailed through every MOT since. I received exceptional customer service and any issues that arose through wear and tear up until present day were kindly sorted within days. Their customer service goes above and beyond. A genuine team that want to make sure you have positive experience purchasing your new car.The staff are happy to help with any concerns that arise if you are willing to communicate with them and they have a workshop on site with fully qualified mechanics. A second hand car dealer will not know if a car has any issues until you start driving it, but rest assured they will go out of their way for customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company.

Hired 2 bikes and a baby cabin, we arrived late on the Saturday last week. The bikes were great worked well and loved them. The only thing is that the baby cabin could have been cleaner. Apart from that would recommend, and would use again, excellent. Thanks

Easy, fast and reliable car rental company.My boyfriend and I went for a long weekend in the Isle of Wight and decided to use this company.The men running the business were kind and efficient.One of them also gave us a lift to the nearest town after we returned the car.

Hired 4 bikes for the day. Friendly and helpful staff. Backpack with puncture kit etc given to us with the bikes. Route maps and advice also provided. Would certainly recommend.
