I ordered some concrete panels prom them and the order was messed up and two panels weren't made when i turned up to collect them, this wasn't the end of the world but it took weeks for them to sort out the problem and actually make the correct panels, once they had my money, there didn't seem any great rush to sort it out. held up my job and wasted a load of time chasing the order. The panels weren't that good either , acceptable but would have been classed as seconds at dalecrete.

My car was damaged by an irresponsible and dangerous concrete mixer driver. Mighty Mix accepted responsibility and organised their representative to assess the damage, however, it appears they have no interest in repairing my car opting for a continuous delay tactic instead. It's now been over 2 months and I'm not hopeful. Dealing with this unprofessional business and its management is risky if things go wrong; the risk is too high noting their employment of careless and irresponsible staff.
