My first visit wasnt that good. I asked about an account discount & he told me he couldnt, even though I spent a lot. The two ladies on my 2nd & 3rd visit were very helpful explaining about opening an account & being entitled to a discount.

Terrible service.and massively over priced. The staff never answer the phone and when you go there they are hardly willing to help anyway. Said they could colour match for me but was not even close. One looked blue the other clearly purple.Wouldn’t even consider refunding the ridiculously overpriced sample pot that was clearly not even close to the colour they was supposed to match.

Brewers was recommended to me. Nice telephone manners from the person I spoke to today. Bought my lovely wallpaper from them over a year ago and I am just managing to sort out someone to put it up for me. I needed 3 more rolls but didn’t have a receipt. My details were still in the computer system and were willing to request at their warehouse the same batch for me and would give me a refund for rolls not used after all this time. For this reason I will not buy my wallapaper anywhere else due to excellent customer service, they deserve it.

Decent helpful staff and reasonably well stocked shop. But this is quite a small DIY store in comparrison to many so you wont get quite the choice of items. Very useful to have in the locality though and very pleased to have it.

Great business if you need advice. Yes, you might pay 10% more but you will get the right paint for the job and very good advice from the staff compared to the know-nothing cretins in the superstores. Given you are going to spend 2-6 hours painting, whatever you are painting, why are you worried about £10 extra, when the end result is what you are after?

A youth in Maidstone Brewers try to sell my mother what he assured her was correct a 2.5 lit can of Dulux weather shield under coat water based to go under a topcoat is solvent based weather shield topcoat .It is not as if she went without a specific list,she asked for what was required and was told this is what she needed
