Following an incident with one of this company's vehicles (SN18GVG - Scania pulling a low loader trailer) on the A12 between Lowestoft and Ipswich, (06/09/2022 @ 1135) which left us with a badly cracked windscreen. We contacted the company and reported the incident. Eventually Jimmy" called us back and after confirming incident details
