I am so grateful I have found SP thai therapy & massage. Fai is incredible and I have had my fair share of massages in many different countries over the years . I’m a professional dance choreographer and fai’s massages are just out of this world and essential for my everyday life - the treatment reduces my stress levels and helps massively physically too - I do love traditional Thai massage and thank goodness I have finally found one in Colchester. 100% recommend this place.

A little hard to find the shop front but when I did find it she was very welcoming and professional and took extra time focusing on the knots. Would highly recommend.

this place is a secret little slice of heaven. the location may appear busy and rather industrial. however as soon as you step into the door the practice space is super clean, wholesome and peaceful. The therapist is really kind and attentive to your needs. Guys if you are looking for someone who can really repair you with good pressure and technique this is your place. a true mechanic of the body. Also ladies if you are looking for something more pampering and relaxing my girlfriend went and she also loved it.
