Very friendly staff, and great prices. Highly recommend

Had a ring sized up 3 sizes, paid for gold to be added into it rather than stretching it out to nothing only for it come out with less gold than it went in with in weight, not by major amounts and staff put it down to polishing and filing. So yes the ring is now the right size but weighs less than it went in even though i payed to have the piece added in. Will not be using these again.

Have been in this place twice, the younger lady in there was really good, had good customer skills...but there was an older lady in there who I found really rude and obnoxious (twice), I decided to not spend my money in there for that reason...I'm not a fan of calling out smaller business' but after the older woman's comments popped into my head a couple of times over a few day period I thought I'd better write my experience in a review.Although I'll never visit there again, I hope they do well in the future!

I had to have some links removed from my watch. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Job done in minutes.

I am not at all pleased with the customer service of this store or my piece of jewelry. My fiancé and I went in to look at rings. The woman was nice enough but talked me out of the ring I wanted in favor of another which appeared dirty claiming the stones wouldn’t work for resizing and they would clean this one up no problem. Well I trusted her and agreed. They said we would have the ring by the weekend and on Thursday called for an update but they said it was sent out for resizing (which I assumed they did right in store) On Monday went in and they claimed only two were working so that’s why no one got back to us but the ring was thankfully ready. Well it has been barely 3 weeks since the pickup of my supposedly silver engagement ring and it looks like brass. I have owned sterling silver previously and never had it look anything like this. Also, upon closer inspection of this ring, the prongs are crooked. So disappointed and certainly would not recommend anyone spend their money here.

I have used Andrews for years. I visited yesterday to have a new battery. But it just needed a clean. Very helpful staff and give very good advice.

I took my husband's ring and my first wedding rings and a locket of my daughter I wanted a good quality wedding ring made out of them by melting them together omg when the ring was made and I saw it I was amazed at the lovely quality of the work that they had done to get my dream ring I cried I had a lovely service and they are a lovely close family run jewellers I thank you soooooo much jane xx lovely lady
